Your Community Update July 2024
It has been a busy few months at Henley Brook by Mirvac! We're proud to share that over 420 new residents have joined Henley Brook in FY24. Stage 6 has sold out with titles issued in May 2024 and Practical Completion in July 2024. Our community continues to thrive with the successful final release of Stage 7. Meanwhile, Stage 10 is moving through planning approvals, set to launch in August 2024. The Wongin Boulevard road crossing construction begins in September 2024 and will be completed in 2025.
Resident association group
The Resident Association Group has been active this year, with the primary focus on the Community Orchard Garden. Last month, we held a planting workshop where residents had the chance to plant fruits and vegetables, explore garden layouts for herbs and veggies, and learn how to use various tools and fertilizers effectively. Over the next few months, these residents will focus on maintaining this garden with the help of the Henley Brook Landscaping team.
Trivia night fundraiser at henley brook primary school
Last month, Henley Brook by Mirvac proudly sponsored a Trivia Night fundraiser for the new Henley Brook Primary School, which raised an impressive $2,570! Participants enjoyed an evening of brain-teasing fun, competed for fantastic prizes, and took part in exciting raffles. The event aimed to support the newly opened school and its students. Thank you to everyone who made it a success!
