Your Community Update November 2024
It’s been a busy few months at Henley Brook by Mirvac, and we're excited to share the latest updates. Stage 7 has now received titles, with practical completion expected by Mid-April 2025. Stage 10 is under construction, with titles anticipated by May 2025. The Wongin Boulevard Road Crossing over the gas easement is making great strides, with completion set for mid-March 2025.
Additionally, the METRONET Whiteman Park Station opened on 8th December 2024, providing Henley Brook residents with a quicker commute to Perth CBD via the Morley-Ellenbrook Line.
Christmas in the Park
We celebrated the festive season at our Christmas in the Park event, and it was a fantastic turnout! Families gathered at Wongin Park for a morning filled with holiday cheer. The event featured free entertainment and exciting children’s activities. Thank you to everyone who joined us for some Christmas joy! Resident Association Group
We had a successful planting event in November, where we planted summer crops like tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies, and more. We’re still looking for new members to join the Henley Brook Community Orchard. No gardening experience? No problem! It’s all about building a connected, sustainable community.
