Your Community Update November 2024
It has been a busy few months at Henley Brook by Mirvac, and we are proud to highlight our commitment to tree retention, which continues through Stages 7 and 10. With strategic civil design, Henley Brook continues to exceed its tree retention targets, enhancing the natural beauty of the community.
We are pleased to announce that construction on the Wongin Boulevard Road crossing over the gas easement will begin in late November 2024 and finish by mid-2025. Progress is also moving quickly on the METRONET Whiteman Park Station, set to open in December 2024, cutting travel time to the CBD for our residents.
Community orchard & park officially opened!
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Henley Brook’s Community Orchard and Park, a vibrant hub for gatherings and connection. A highlight is the stunning artwork by Moorditj Noongar Community College students, now a permanent feature that celebrates our cultural heritage.
We also hosted a special settlement event for Stage 5 and 6 purchasers, giving them an exclusive first look at the park and a chance to meet their neighbours. We're excited to watch this space become a central part of our community’s future!

No gardening experience? No problem! We are here to offer ongoing support. The orchard already has fruit trees such as avocado, orange, lime and mandarin.
